The Game does not use user accounts. You can ask us to delete the data linked to your player at any time.
How to request deletion
- Open the Game, go to Settings and write down your player name.
- Send an email to bestiawebcom@gmail.com with the subject “Medieval Frost – Data deletion” and include your player name.
- We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm it by email.
What is deleted
- Your entries in the global leaderboards and weekly tournaments (player name, points, victories and kills).
- Your anonymous player identifier stored in Unity Gaming Services.
What is kept
- Nothing is kept on our side after deletion. Your progress, army and settings are stored only on your device; you can remove them by uninstalling the Game or clearing its data in Android settings.
- Technical device information sent to Unity Technologies by the engine is handled by Unity under its own privacy policy.
Eliminar tus datos (español)
- Abre el Juego, ve a Ajustes y apunta tu nombre de jugador.
- Escribe a bestiawebcom@gmail.com con el asunto “Medieval Frost – Eliminar datos” indicando tu nombre de jugador.
- Eliminaremos tus datos en un plazo máximo de 30 días y te lo confirmaremos por email.
Se eliminan: tus entradas en las clasificaciones y torneos semanales (nombre, puntos, victorias y bajas) y tu identificador anónimo en Unity Gaming Services. No conservamos nada después. Tu progreso y ajustes están solo en tu dispositivo: se borran al desinstalar el Juego o borrar sus datos.
