This Privacy Policy explains how BestiaGames (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play Medieval Frost: The Undead War (the “Game”) on Android. Versión en español más abajo.
1. Summary
- The Game is a paid game. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
- We do not sell your data and we do not track you for advertising.
- You do not need to create an account or give us your email to play.
- Online features (multiplayer, leaderboards and tournaments) need an internet connection and use the services described below.
2. Information we process
- Anonymous player ID. When you use online features, the Game signs you in anonymously with Unity Authentication, which creates a random player identifier. It is not linked to your name, email or Google account.
- Player name and scores. The name you choose in Settings and your points, victories and kills are stored on global leaderboards (Unity Leaderboards) and are visible to other players. Please do not use your real name or personal information as your player name.
- Multiplayer connection data. To connect you with other players, Unity Lobby and Unity Relay process technical data such as your IP address and connection information while the match is running.
- Technical device information. The Unity engine may send anonymous technical data (device model, operating system, hardware characteristics, language and an install identifier) to Unity Technologies to measure engine performance and compatibility.
- Data stored on your device. Your progress, army, gold, settings and language are saved locally on your device. We do not have access to them.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data.
3. Why we use this information
Only to run the Game: to provide online matches, leaderboards and weekly tournaments, deliver tournament rewards, prevent cheating and abuse, and keep the Game working correctly on different devices. The legal basis is the performance of our service to you and our legitimate interest in keeping the Game secure and stable.
4. Third-party services
Online features are provided by Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services: Authentication, Leaderboards, Lobby and Relay). Unity processes this data on our behalf according to its own privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy. The Game is purchased and distributed through Google Play; payment is processed by Google under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Data retention
Leaderboard entries and the anonymous player ID are kept while the online services of the Game are active, or until you ask us to delete them. Multiplayer connection data is only kept for the duration of the match. Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to it and to data portability. To exercise these rights, or to ask us to delete your leaderboard data, write to bestiawebcom@gmail.com and include your player name. You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
7. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data sent to the online services travels over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will also be announced in the Game or on this website.
